Alexander Bartleet was invited to participate in an event held at the Nathan Club where five chefs and five artists collaborate together and create a five course degustation with matching wines. Each course was created by a different chef and artist. It's not often you get to taste art. In charge of Course five, dessert, was Brian Campbell head chef at the new Britomart dessert restaurant Miann that’s set to open this summer. He collaborated with artist Alexander Bartleet to create a fantastic dessert which had various objects hidden within it. Thanks to Laura Forest for the photographs.
